In 1997 Marc Perez and filmmaker Kristian Fraga co-founded Sirk Productions. Currently he is the CEO of Sirk Productions and a Board of Trustees member of the Barrymore Film Center.

Nicole L. Thompson is an award-winning filmmaker, director, producer, and educator born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. Her films Blackbird, Between the Pages, and Harlem Blues have aired on Aspire TV, with Between the Pages also licensed by Fox Soul TV. She is the founder of NLT Ventures LLC, which provides filmmaking services, consulting, training, and curriculum development.

Yvonne M. Shirley is a Newark-based filmmaker, director, producer, and community arts leader whose work spans documentary and narrative filmmaking. Her directing and producing work has been featured at major festivals including Sundance, Tribeca, BlackStar, and Slamdance, with projects distributed by HBO, Criterion, and Topic Studios. Her short film Flowers, co-directed with Nikyatu Jusu, won the HBO Short Film Competition at the 2016 American Black Film Festival.

Bobby Yan is an Emmy-winning filmmaker whose work blends bold cinematic style with emotional authenticity and a proven track record of delivering premium, visually elevated storytelling across film and television. Born and raised in NYC from Hollis, Queens, he began his career in music videos, building a reputation for creating work of exceptional quality and prestige.

Will Sterling is a New York–based writer, director, producer, and actor. His debut feature, A Cell Phone Movie, screened on the 2025 festival circuit, earning a Best Debut Feature nomination at Raindance in London and multiple awards, including Best Feature, Audience Choice, and Best Actor for Comedy. As an actor, his credits include Criminal Minds, Pam & Tommy, Black-ish, American Crime Story, This Is Us, Pink Skies Ahead, and Everything’s Gonna Be Okay.

David Schoner is a veteran of New Jersey’s film and television industry with more than four decades of experience supporting productions throughout the state. As Senior Advisor for the New Jersey Motion Picture & Television Commission and a Board of Trustees member of the Barrymore Film Center, David has helped facilitate thousands of productions filmed throughout New Jersey, working with productions ranging from independent films to major studio and television projects. His experience includes projects such as The Sopranos, Joker 2, and West Side Story, among many others.
